Terms of Service

Welcome to Hockey Announcer ("we," "our," or "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our mobile application ("App") and related services (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our Services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction) to use our Services. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

2. Subscriptions & Purchases

2.1 Individual PRO

• Monthly auto-renewing subscription.
• Applies to your personal account across all your teams.
• Includes all PRO features and announcers.

2.2 Team PRO

• One-time consumable purchase, valid for 12 months.
• Applies only to the specific team for which it was purchased.
• Must be repurchased annually if continued access is desired.

2.3 Billing

• Subscriptions are charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
• Renewals are charged within 24 hours before the current period ends.
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions via your device's settings.

2.4 Free Trials

• If offered, trials convert to paid subscriptions unless canceled before the end of the trial period.
• One free trial per user only.

3. Refund Policy

All purchases are final. We do not offer refunds unless required by law. For billing issues, please contact Apple Support.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Services or attempt to interfere with the normal operation of the App. Prohibited conduct includes:

• Reverse engineering or decompiling the App.
• Using the App for unlawful or abusive purposes.
• Exploiting any bugs or vulnerabilities.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, including but not limited to announcer voices, scripts, and code, is the property of Hockey Announcer or its licensors and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reuse or distribute any part of the App without permission.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms.

7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Modifications to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page, and your continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state of Illinois, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
